这周总训练量还是不大。由于专注于执行训练计划,相比较之前的一周四泳加三跑,现在倒反而像是在休息了。
        由于周五要去 Niagara Falls 去玩,所以特地计划了周六早晨纵贯Welland, St. Catherine 和 Niagara Falls 三市的分界线的 Welland Canal Trail。风光一定很美,由于是运河沿岸,也可以想象路也会比较平坦。结果却是,周五晚上根本就没有睡好,周六早晨疲倦至极,只好放弃了。最终24 K long run 改到回家以后,在社区道路上跑了4 圈,negative split,  好无聊,乏善可陈,完成了任务而已。
本周总结:
Monday: indoor sping bike,
Tuesday: 8 x 800 @ 3:22 interval, indoor treadmill run
Wednesday: pool swim (12 x swim 1 length, kick 1 length)
Thursday: 1.5 k + 8 k tempo @5:13 + 1.5 k tempo
Friday: indoor spin bike – 10 min + 10 min tempo + 10 min
Saturday: 24 k long run @5:40
全部按质按量完成。
