使用Advanced Marathoning Training Plan 的跑友经常需要查表计算自己当前的训练心率区间。这个工具只需要输入你的静息心率和最大心率,就可以把训练项目的各个心率区间计算出来。分享给大家。

这个计算方法是引入了 Heart Rate Reserve 的。即,Heart Rate Reserve(HRR) = Max. Heart Rate – Rest Heart Rate.

举例,马拉松跑的心率区间上限为 84% of HRR, 即 Rest Heart Rate + (HRR x 0.84). 如有疑问请联系本博主。
